Please contact V-Technologies prior to upgrading UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager if your version is not listed. Upgrading to untested/unsupported versions may cause a loss in ShipGear functionality.
Official Release The date on which the product is officially released. This date will be used as the cut-off date when determining Subscription eligibility.
Sunset Date The date on which the product is no longer distributed or available for download via our website. Limited research time will be spent on issues with this product. Maintenance and web updates will no longer be available for the specified version after this date.
Support Provided The type of support provided for each version is contingent upon the availability dates. IMPORTANT NOTES: Software updates will only be made to the most recent version. Demo users receive 1 technical support incident to be used within 30 days of download after which demo users can purchase support to contact a Support Analyst via phone or email. Current ShipGear Resellers and carrier representatives receive support as defined in the Dealer Agreement.

Subscription Availability The Subscription Plan is only available for current ShipGear customers running version 3.6.0 or higher. Users on a version lower than 3.6.0 should contact the ShipGear Sales Department.
